Founder & Principal Curator
Two decades opening the region’s most closely held doors. She still takes the first call for every new family herself.
The Atelier
We could be larger. We choose not to be. The number of families we serve is the same number we can serve completely — and it has not changed since the beginning.
The House
That the finest journeys cannot be bought from a shelf — they must be made, slowly, by people who know both the family and the ground intimately.
Suhail was founded in Dubai in 2009 by a small group who had spent their careers arranging the unarrangeable for others, and decided to do it only for a few. We have never advertised. Every family who travels with us was introduced by another, and that is the only way we have ever grown.
We remain, by choice, a house of fewer than thirty people, taking a number of commissions each year you could count without taking off your shoes. It is the only way we know to keep the promise the work requires.
Our Craft
Four movements, the same for a week in the Empty Quarter as for a month across the region. The first is the longest, and the most important.
It begins with listening. A long conversation — sometimes several, over months — with no itinerary anywhere in sight. We are learning how your family travels, what you have already seen, and the one thing you did not know you wanted.
Your curator and our specialists draw the journey by hand. Doors are opened, residences secured, scholars and chefs and pilots engaged. It is presented to you as a single bound proposal — and then quietly perfected until nothing in it is wrong.
From the car at the kerb to the last goodnight, one team holds every hour. Your curator travels within reach, your ground directors a step ahead. You are asked to carry nothing, arrange nothing, and notice only what you are meant to.
We remember everything — the wine you preferred, the pace that suited you, the moment that moved you. The next journey begins precisely where the last one ended, which is the privilege of being known.
The Curators
You will come to know yours well. They will come to know you better.

Director of Journeys
Holds the architecture of every commission — the residences, the routes, the impossible logistics made to look like nothing at all.
Cultural Director
An archaeologist by training; the reason a private dawn at Hegra comes with the woman who is excavating it.
Master of the Ground
Commands the people who are already there when you arrive — in the desert, on the water, at the border, before first light.
Discretion
Privacy is not a service we offer. It is the ground the whole house is built on. A few principles we do not bend:
By Introduction
There is no brochure to request and nothing to book — only the start of a journey made entirely for you. Tell us a little, and we will take it from there.
